MonaVie Review

This is a MonaVie Review reflecting back to the year 2004. The year that we filled out the MonaVie application. It was December 17, 2004, the day we decided to become MonaVie distributors. At the time, we had no idea of the journey we were about to embark on! We came to MonaVie with backgrounds of a mechanic and a veterinarian. We started our home business in MonaVie with no prior experience in the industry. We came from “employee” backgrounds. Even though we knew that working at a “job” would never provide financial freedom in our life, we never knew there was actually another way. A way that any person with some ambition and desire could actually create financial freedom in their life. That was until I saw a Google ad that read “home based business”. After clicking on that Google ad, we ended up at the very first MonaVie event that was ever held. It was on January 8th, 2005 in Salt Lake City. For this MonaVie Review, here is an old photo from that very first MonaVie event…..(Wow, I had a lot less grey hair back then!)

We’ve come a long way from that very first MonaVie event as you will see in this MonaVie review. This journey began with a small company. A few bright minds with a big dream of helping people. The early pioneers had lot’s of obstacles to overcome on the road to becoming a billion dollar company. Those first cases of juice early on were so exciting. This acai berry being one of the hottest things to hit the streets. The early bottles were loads of fun for us distributors. They even had paper labels on them back then. Oh, and some of the bottles had nice big chunks inside too! Ah, those were the good ol’ days! This MonaVie Review gives you a glimpse of how MonaVie began in the early days. Since then, we have watched MonaVie evolve from a little start up company in Salt Lake City, UT. to a multi-billion dollar International company. MonaVie Success Tip #1:

Make a commitment that you’re going to stick with your MonaVie business for a minimum of one year or more when you get started in your marketing efforts. Once, I sponsored a distributor into my business who has been a professional tree trimmer his whole life. Although he’s had a successful background in his adult life, he’s never done any kind of network marketing before. Expect a learning curve of 3-6 months to learn everything you need to know to be successful, and don’t look back until you’ve created at least a basic level of success.

MonaVie Success Tip #2:

Understand that in MonaVie, you only make money from 3 things (regardless of what anyone says). You make money from recruiting distributors, selling products, and organizational production. Don’t participate in any activity, ever that won’t make you money. This is a business, not a charity, and it’s not high school. You need to stay focused on core business building activities, which are recruiting and marketing product or you’re going to waste a whole bunch of money, time, and energy.

MonaVie Success Tip #3:

Learn how you can market your business professionally in a way that attracts customers to you. It’s kind of funny, but I sponsored a guy who has built a successful telecommunications business by customers coming to him and wanting his service. He got in to MonaVie and started chasing people down.  I had a conversation with him about it and when he realized what he was doing, he broke down laughing. Learn how to attract people into your business by positioning your business in front of people who are already looking for what you have, and it takes convincing out of your business equation.

MonaVie Success Tip #4:

I mentioned before that you should be focusing on sales and recruiting, and let me clarify that for you. You need to have a goal of personally recruiting at least one new distributor per day into your business for the next year. If you sponsor one new team member per day, you’ll reach critical momentum so fast you won’t even be able to keep track of what’s going on. Focus 90% of your energy first on marketing to attract prospects to you, then on sponsoring to draw talent into your organization and your business will absolutely explode.

MonaVie Success Tip #5:

Use your system, MVP,  that trains your new people for you on how to create wealth through this opportunity. If you don’t use a team system, MVP,  you’re going to experience frustration, doubt, and your team won’t be able to grow quickly in the earliest stages of its development. The MVP universal system teaches people how to market, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and enroll new distributors and then get to work. It’s amazing how much a simple duplicable system will make a difference, and you’ll be well on your way to massive MonaVie success.

Hunch, the latest project from Flickr co-founder Caterina Fake, just published an infographic chock full of data from a survey of 388,315 of the site’s users. Even though Microsoft hasn’t made a successful jump to the mobile space (see: endless iOS vs. Android fanboy fights on the Web), the inescapable Mac vs. PC argument is showing no signs of fading here in 2011.

Before diving in, keep in mind: Hunch’s users are generally pretty tech savvy and on the leading edge of adopting new tech.

Hunch’s blog notes, “We found that people who choose one or the other — and 75 percent of the 400,000 people we asked did self-identify as either more Mac or PC — exhibit very distinct demographics, personality traits, and aesthetic/food/media choices.”

With Hunch finding that PC users prefer McDonald’s fries while Mac people opt for bistro-style, this could get ugly. We’ve picked out some of the most interesting data points, but don’t miss the full list here.

  • Mac users are 22 percent more likely than PC users to be ages 18 to 34, while PC people are more likely to be 35 to 49.
  • 36 percent of self-identifying PC users are liberal, while 58 percent of Mac people are.
  • 67 percent of Mac users have a degree from a four-year college (or higher) compared to 54 percent of PC users.
  • The cult of Mac is 13 percent more likely than PC users to say they’re “unique and different.”
  • PC users are 38 percent more likely to say they have a better grasp on mathematical concepts; Mac users are 12 percent more likely to say the same for verbal skills.
  • No surprise: Mac people label themselves “design enthusiasts.”
  • PC users opt for the classic Americana of tuna fish, hero and patty melt sandwiches, while Mac users choose hummus, Bánh Mi and shawarma.
  • Interestingly, PC users are more likely to compare discussion about computers to “struggling with a foreign language,” while Mac people are 21 percent more likely to consider themselves “computer-savvy gearheads.”
